Terms & Conditions for BFCM Promotion

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to Myntrx's Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM) promotions, valid at various times from 3:00 AM MST on November 29, 2024, through 3:00 AM MST on December 3, 2024 ("Promotion Period"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms.

1. 20% Off Sitewide

  • A 20% discount will be automatically applied to all eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period.
  • Discount applies to the subtotal before taxes, shipping (if applicable), and any additional fees.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupons unless explicitly stated.
  • The 20% discount does not apply to:
    • Gift cards.
    • Subscriptions initiated before the Promotion Period.
    • Past purchases or orders placed outside the Promotion Period.

2. Free Shipping Sitewide

  • Free shipping applies to all orders placed during the Promotion Period, regardless of order value.
  • Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only; international orders are excluded unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery times may vary due to increased holiday demand and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Free DK2 myVita Strip with New Subscription

  • Customers who start a new subscription during the Promotion Period will receive one free DK2 myVita Strip included in their first shipment only.
  • To qualify, the subscription must meet the following requirements:
    • Subscription must be for the monthly BFCM promo option
    • Subscription must be initiated during the Promotion Period.
    • Minimum subscription length of three (3) months.
    • Customers may cancel or pause their subscription only after the third shipment has been delivered.
  • Free item(s) will be automatically added to the cart and included in the first shipment; no additional action is required by the customer.
  • This promotion applies only to new subscriptions created during the Promotion Period and does not apply to:
    • Existing subscriptions initiated prior to the Promotion Period.
    • Subscription renewals.

4. Free DK2 + myMind with New Subscription

  • Customers who start a new subscription during the Promotion Period will receive one free DK2 myVita Strip included in their first shipment only.
  • To qualify, the subscription must meet the following requirements:
    • S ubscription must be for the monthly BFCM promo option
    • Subscription must be initiated during the Promotion Period.
    • Minimum subscription length of three (3) months.
    • Customers may cancel or pause their subscription only after the third shipment has been delivered.
  • Free item(s) will be automatically added to the cart and included in the first shipment; no additional action is required by the customer.
  • This promotion applies only to new subscriptions created during the Promotion Period and does not apply to:
    • Existing subscriptions initiated prior to the Promotion Period.
    • Subscription renewals.

5. General Conditions

  • Offers are valid while supplies last.
  • Myntrx reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before or after the Promotion Period.
  • Free items received as part of this promotion are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • If the subscription is canceled before the required minimum length of three (3) shipments, Myntrx reserves the right to charge the customer the full retail value of the free DK2 myVita Strip and/or myMind received.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Promotions are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Myntrx reserves the right to limit quantities purchased or refuse orders that appear to be for resale or wholesale purposes.
  • These promotions are subject to all applicable laws and void where prohibited.
